On Saturday, February 29th at 8 am, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be doing the phone system upgrade. A reset of the phone system will take place around 8:00 AM, and all phones may be unavailable for 15-45 minutes. This will result in the temporary loss of incoming and outgoing calls. If you are on the active phone call at the time of the system reset, the call will be disconnected.
During this maintenance window, Campus Police will not be reachable at the 216-397-1234. In the case of an emergency, please call the temporary emergency line at 216-397-0004. Please call this line only in the case of an EMERGENCY.
If you are experiencing trouble with your telephone service after 11 am on Saturday, or upon your return to campus on Monday, please call the Service Desk at 216-397-3005 to report the issue.
